Beautiful feet
A calling is an honor. It is also a language, a lease, and a long obedience.
God anoints individuals and families to go out into the world and bring His Word to the four corners of the earth. Being called a missionary is an honor. It is also a set of costs that sermons do not itemize: a visa, a landlord, a school, a clinic, the slow work of learning a street that does not know your name.
The Seven Star Foundation exists so that those who are sent can keep their eyes on the people in front of them. We attend to the journey — establishment, family, the practical mercy that makes a long stay possible.
This is not patronage. It is partnership with the sending church and with the field. The messenger is not a product. The field is not a stage. Support should be quiet enough that the Word remains the loudest thing in the room.
If they are to go, they must be sent. Sending, in this century as in the first, is a material act. We intend to be among those who do it.
